They work. This product was purchased for men who experience cramps in their legs. It does exactly what it claims. I'm pleased it remains available and unchanged.

Does precisely what the ingredients should. I’ve suffered from leg cramps for much of my life and tried various over-the-counter pain relievers that included a second ingredient meant to help with cramps. Out of all of them, I've found this combination of acetaminophen (generic Tylenol), along with the diuretic and antihistamine, works better than most. While it doesn’t seem to prevent further leg cramps (they come one after another), it effectively eases the current pain and helps "unlock" the present cramp.
